Gregory Susko

President & COO

As the President and Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Railroad Services, Greg is responsible for the corporate vision and strategic direction of the company.  He possesses over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, spending the last 25 years specializing in railroad rehabilitation and construction.

Prior to co-founding Frontier Railroad Services, Greg was Vice President of Atlas Railroad Construction Company.  Greg was responsible for the company’s commercial and operational functions, with revenues in excess of $500 million during his tenure. Greg was instrumental in moving the company’s direction toward short line railroad rehabilitation, subsequently growing the company’s revenue in this market from $2 million to over $28 million.

Prior to entering the railroad construction sector, Greg was employed for ten years by Dravo Constructors Inc. During this time he held various leadership roles ranging from project engineer early in his career to Chief Engineer (Frankford Elevated Reconstruction Project) and General Superintendent (NUSCO Waste to Energy Project).

Notable Projects Completed by his Team Include:

New England Central Vermonteer Project – Installation of 1.3 Million feet of continuously welded rail

South Central Florida Express - The installation of over 53,000 feet of new track inclusive of site work through wetlands including storm sewer installation, road crossing renewals and 9 miles of welded rail replacement.

Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from West Virginia University.

Dennis Stoner, Jr., CPA

VP & CFO

Dennis is the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company responsible for all financial and administrative functions of Frontier Railroad Services. With over 20 years of broad construction financial management experience, he provides the skills and expertise required to manage and maintain our relationships with our valued business partners to include customers, vendors, surety and risk managers, auditors, and legal counsel.

Prior to co-founding Frontier Railroad Services, Dennis served as the Chief Financial Officer for a national railroad construction company for 13 years. He began his career in public accounting and has over 7 years of experience as an independent auditor and tax professional.

Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

Scott Sepesky, P.E.

Chief Commercial Officer

Scott Sepesky is the Chief Commercial Officer of Frontier Railroad Services. Scott is responsible for securing work through hard bids or customer negotiations. Prior to co-founding Frontier Railroad Services, Scott managed multi-million dollar projects ranging from large scale urban transit systems and intermodal facilities to ongoing maintenance of way for heavy haul freight lines from concept to execution, including developing schedules and ensuring the achievement of deliverables on-time and within budget. Scott is a Professional Engineer with experience in multiple facets of engineering and construction. He has outstanding management, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills in estimating and construction management for railroad, highways, bridges, transit systems, site work and environmental sectors.

NOTABLE PROJECTS:

$50M+ for light rail transit projects including Port Authority of Allegheny County, Maryland Transit Admin, Cleveland Regional Transit Authority and other Government Agencies.

$30M+ for short line & regional railroads including tie changeout, rail changeout, surfacing, and new track construction.

$20M+ for industrial railroads including design, sitework and new track construction.

Scott has a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State and a BA in Physics from California University of PA.

Robert Simpson

Industrial Operations Mgr

Robert is the Industrial Operations Manager for Frontier Railroad Services. Prior to starting work with Frontier, Robert spent most of his career with a leading railroad construction company where he held various positions working his way up from laborer to Superintendent and finally Industrial Operations Manager. Robert has extensive experience in track safety and derailment investigation as well as all types of track construction and maintenance.
