As with many projects, state DOT prequalification was a requirement to bid on this TIGER Grant project. 

Frontier performed a full rehab on 25+ miles of track while complying with various DBE,

Davis-Bacon, OJT, and Buy America requirements.

• Tie Replacement: 15,000 EA

• Gauging

• Ballasting: 66,000 TF, 16 Turnouts

• Surfacing: 66,000 TF, 16 Turnouts

• Turnout Replacement: 7 Ea

• Crossover Installation
